This recipe was created from our passion for seafood, using tasty, wild-caught Alaskan Salmon and our favorite spices! We love to share this meal with our Family and Friends trips.

Grilled King Salmon

This recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy wild-caught Alaskan King Salmon. This fish is known for its rich, buttery flavor and firm texture, making it perfect for grilling or roasting. To bring out its full potential, we’ve added a combination of our favorite spices, including garlic, paprika, and thyme.

Ingredients

• Wild Alaska King Salmon

• Compound Butter

• Cedar grilling planks

• Broccolini

• Olive oil, divided

• Rice Pilaf

• ¼ cup diced white onion or shallot

Directions

Cedar Plank King Salmon:

• Thaw salmon and pat dry.

• Preheat the grill to medium heat. While it heats up, soak the cedar plank(s) for at least 15 minutes.

• Once the grill is hot, add the king salmon, top with 1 tbsp of compound butter per fillet, and grill for 8-10 minutes.

Broccolini and Rice Pilaf:

• To cook the pilaf, start by sautéing the diced onion on the stove for 2-3 minutes, lightly toast the rice, add 1.5 cups water, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes. When done, flake with a fork before serving.

• For the broccolini, preheat the oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Toss the broccolini in olive oil and roast (or air fry) for 12-16 minutes. Remove, toss in K&M rosemary and garlic sauce, and return to cook for 2-3 more minutes.

• Serve salmon over rice and broccolini.

• Enjoy!
